Free Shipping on Orders $75 and Over - Continental U.S. Only*
buythemojo offers free standard ground shipping on any order that totals $75 or more (pre-tax value) that will be shipped to an address within the Continental U.S. (lower 48 states) and does not include any overweight and/or oversize items. Additional shipping charges will be added onto orders for individual wheels, wheelsets, bicycle framesets, and complete bicycles. Additional shipping charges may also be applied for any products that have a physical weight or dimensional weight (whichever is higher applies) that exceeds 20 lbs. Dimensional weight is used by the shipping services where the dimensions of the box are calculated to come up with a weight based on the dimensions of the box used to ship the product(s) to their destination.
*Exclusions apply for any shipments that contain the larger products outlined above. Below are the rates that will be charged for these items:
- Suspension Forks - $20 USD
- Individual wheels - $35 USD
- Wheelsets - $50 USD
- Bicycle Framesets - $75 USD
- Road & Cyclocross bicycles (excluding XL sizes) - $175 - $200 USD
- XL Road, Mountain, Gravel and TT bicycles - $220 - $250 USD
- Oversized items that have a calculated dimensional weight of 20 lbs & over (eBikes, travel cases/luggage, indoor trainers, floor pumps, dual crown forks, etc.)
Shipping Notifications
All customers will receive an email confirmation once an order has been successfully submitted. The order confirmation will include your order number, order details including products ordered and a total price charged to the payment method used, and shipping service used to ship the order. Once the order has been shipped, an email notification will be sent out containing the tracking information. It is the buyer's responsibility to be sure the shipping address is entered correctly at time of submitting an order. If any changes are needed for delivery after the package is en route, please contact the shipping service used for the order. If a package is not able to be delivered at the address on the order, the package may be returned to buythemojo and additional charges may be incurred to be re-shipped upon request from the buyer.
Shipping Costs & Additional Info
If an order does not meet our "Free Shipping" terms due to the value or weight of the package, the shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight, dim weight, and address of the delivery on the order. There may be instances where the shipping costs are incorrectly calculated and if this occurs, buythemojo reserves the right to contact the buyer with an updated cost to ship the order and request payment for the difference. If the buyer does not agree to pay the additional shipping costs, there will be a choice to cancel the order and receive a full credit back for the amount of the order minus the original shipping costs charged. buythemojo, and the website service provider, will make all efforts possible to ensure that shipping costs are accurately calculated but reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions when they may occur.
Any orders valued at $500 and over will require a signature upon delivery. This is to ensure that you receive your precious cycling goods securely and so that our customers do not fall prey to porch theft. If you are unable to sign for your products, contact the shipping service provider to arrange for alternate methods of delivery when available.
International Shipping
buythemojo will ship to anywhere in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico with options for delivery to other countries and territories. Please contact us for shipping quotes to your location if you do not reside in any of the above locations. We will do our best to reply back with a shipping quote within 1-2 business days. If the buyer accepts the quoted shipping costs, an order may be submitted and buythemojo will arrange a shipment of the goods to the country (state, territory, etc.) within 1-2 business days.
Buyers are responsible for any import fees, duties, brokerage charges, or additional shipping (such as return to sender) fees that are incurred during the delivery of the package(s). buythemojo is not responsible for any delays or issues that may be due to customs clearance. If buythemojo receives a returned shipment due to a customs issue, a refund will be offered for the order amount less the shipping costs or any other fees associated with the return.
Order Processing & Shipping Timelines
We at buythemojo make our best efforts to process and prepare for shipment all orders within 1 business day. In most cases, we process and ship out all orders within one business day. The actual delivery times will vary depending on which shipping method/service is used and where the package(s) will be delivered. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping services we use (USPS & UPS for most shipments).
We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, buythemojo will contact you via email or telephone to inform the buyer of the delay and give an estimate of when the package(s) will be delivered if that information is available.
