All Positions are on-site at our Boulder, CO location.

Shipping Manager (August 2026)

We are looking to hire a Shipping Manager to oversee daily warehouse shipping operations, and ensure fast, accurate delivery of complete bicycles and
parts to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily order fulfillment – packing and outbound shipping workflows.
Generate and maintain accurate shipping records.
Troubleshoot shipping delays, lost packages and customer delivery issues.
Create and maintain a clean and well-organized warehouse operating environment.

Qualifications / Skills:

A love of bikes, being an avid cyclist in any of its many forms and
having a working knowledge of the associated products is a definite
plus–training is available for the right person.
Mac-based computer skills, Google Drive and technical literacy is
necessary. Experience with eBay and Shopify eCommerce platforms is a
plus.
Work well with limited supervision–a motivated self-starter and team
player is a must.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Job Details:

Full time position available – 35-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
On site in Boulder, CO 100% of the time
Compensation: $ 18.50-23.00/hr. based upon experience

Product Intake Specialist (August 2026)

We are looking to hire a Product Intake Specialist to receive and manage inbound new and used cycling product for resale.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with customers to receive and assess inbound cycling product for resale – this includes evaluating and inspecting complete bikes as well as individual frames, wheels and parts for condition, functionality and market value.
Quickly identify resalable from non-resalable inventory.
Confirm receipt (electronically) of inbound product with customers.
Prep and make ready all products for photo – this includes cleaning and light maintenance as necessary.

Qualifications / Skills:

A love of bikes, being an avid cyclist in any of its many forms and having a working knowledge of the associated products is a definite plus but not mandatory–training is available for the right person.
Ability to quickly and efficiently research products using available online search tools.
Mac-based computer skills, Google Drive and technical literacy is appreciated.
Work well with limited supervision–a motivated self-starter and team player is a must.
